Mental health therapy aims to improve an individual's well-being and mental health, to resolve or mitigate troublesome behaviors, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions, and to improve relationships and social skills. Please call or email about payment options and therapists if you have questions before booking, as not all therapists accept insurance plans.

Kristen is known for bringing traditional folk tales, historical figures, and events alive to audiences around the world as she shares stories; often blending ancient mythologies with modern phenomenon. With a background and bachelors in social work, she has a passion for healing and inspiring stories that reach the heart and transform lives. Grace Hamner MSW-I
Grace works with individuals and couples navigating complex experiences, specializing in the following areas:

Grace is sensitive to the impacts of trauma—both mind and body—her therapeutic framework integrates somatic healing, nonjudgmental communication, creative-expressive arts, and other trauma-informed practices. Grace knows that joy, anger, hope, grief, and a hundred other emotions co-exist; she honors all throughout the therapeutic process.
Grace is currently receiving her Master’s of Social Work from Boise State University. She is passionate about social work and its nuanced, person-centered focus. Grace has great respect for client beliefs and strives to be an intersectional advocate for marginalized communities including LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, disabled, BIPOC, and Fat folks. 🏳️⚧️ 🏳️🌈

Elizabeth Lewin-Shepley LCSW
Elizabeth has 20 years of experience working with trauma based clients and families. Elizabeth specializes in working with survivors, family, sexual reactivity issues, sexual touching problems. and treating pornography issues. Elizabeth is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TFCBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and pornography issues and addiction.
