Brandon South has a passion for and enjoys working the muscles and body in ways that benefit overall health. He also understands how nutrition affects the body and health. He enjoys working with individuals in fitness/nutrition goals by creating a customized health & wellness plan following a thorough assessment and interview, and then utilizing weekly check-ins, workout sessions, and tracking. His personalized and knowledgeable approach makes working towards your fitness and nutrition goals inspiring.

Brandon enjoys being in nature, hanging out with friends, playing pickleball, of course his favorite; lifting weights at the gym, and has recently been learning to play the piano. He has a cat, Jasper with quite the personality.
